Three accused Trinitarios gang members charged with killing Bronx teen Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz waived their right Monday to testify before a grand jury — as law enforcement sources said investigators are having trouble getting the accused to flip on one another.
Alleged ringleader Diego Suero, 29, and alleged henchmen Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, 26, and Danilo Payamps-Pacheco, 21, appeared briefly in Bronx court to say they wouldn’t offer evidence against their fellow gangbangers.
Twelve men have been arrested in the case.
None of the men is cooperating with investigators, a source said.
Three of the accused have a 50-cell unit at Rikers all to themselves because they’ve been receiving death threats, according to police sources.
