Benjamin Scott Brewer faces thirteen charges in a deadly crash that happened on I-75 in Chattanooga.
Six people, including two children, were killed and and twelve injured.
Prosecutors say Brewer plowed into stopped traffic in June 2015. He gave a blood test on the scene. The results showed methamphetamine and amphetamine in his system, however defense attorneys are disputing the accuracy of that test.
