O.J. Simpson plans to file a $100 million lawsuit against a high-end Las Vegas hotel, claiming it has portrayed him in an unfair, “false light.”
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas acted “with malice and racial prejudice” by banning The Juice, who was allegedly drunk and disruptive at its Clique Bar & Lounge back on Nov. 8, Simpson’s lawyer Malcolm LaVergne said.
The hotel, according to the former football star’s mouthpiece, is making O.J. look bad to America.
The Cosmopolitan has been “fraudulently proclaiming to the population of the United States, through the national media company, that the casino unilaterally banished Mr. Simpson because he ‘was drunk, became disruptive at the Clique Bar, was angry at hotel staff and glasses were broken at the bar,’ ” LaVergne wrote to the casio’s legal department, according to KTNV.
Those actions “place Mr. Simpson in a false light in the hopes of damaging and affecting the terms of his parole when, in fact, Mr. Simpson was merely having dinner with friends on the evening in question.”
Simpson, 70, was sprung from a Nevada prison in October, following a nine-year stay for armed robbery.
O.J. is best known beating the rap for the 1994 slayings of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her pal Ron Goldman.

How can OJ claim the hotel is putting him in a “bad light” when his own actions in the past have created his public persona? He is an “undesirable” when it comes to having him around d. His vibration draws negative elements. That is HIS doing, not an action by the hotel.
